Being a small business I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours or no shows will incur a 50% fee payable before your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Please let me know if you are running late. If are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule otherwise this will cut into your treatment time.

Please feel free to park on the driveway and there is also plenty of off-road parking.

The treatment room is located at the end of the driveway up the stairs off the deck. Please note, I do have other access to room if you are unable to manage the stairs.

Children are warmly welcome to appointments at Beauty by Grace. However, for health and safety reasons, we recommend only shorter treatment times for younger children, and children must remain seated throughout the session. Longer treatments are not advised for children.

All major card payments are accepted and bank transfers.
